    Hello – I’m Deidra! An Austin, TX resident and Ticketing Princess that brings a combination of over 20 years of industry experience married with a passion for live events, music, and of course, ticketing! My diverse background on both the venue box office and promoter sides of full-time employment with Live Nation and C3 Presents for years, has recently afforded me the opportunity to become an independent contractor for ticketing, box office, credentials, and general event planning for a multitude of events for the past 4 years. Event/project experience include national stadium and arena concert tours, Lollapalooza in North and South America, the NFL Draft, food & wine events, camping music festivals, drive-in concerts, family attractions, private/corporate concert events, traveling exhibits, and more. My general ticketing touch ranges from standard remote and onsite box office planning operations and management, internal and public facing credentials, vehicle credentialing for parking and camping events, campground patron ticketing, shuttle ticket operations and guest coordination, GA / reserved seating / VIP / platinum / corporate hospitality ticketing, customer service, and artist ticketing. More specific responsibilities frequently include ticket scaling and dynamic pricing, layaway payment planning, technical system onsale builds and launches, departmental budget creation and oversight, event staff + volunteer recruitment / scheduling / training / payroll, guest literature copy writing and implementation, onsite structural planning, access control scanning (hard ticket/mobile/paperless/RFID), ingress / egress traffic flow patterns, directional signage and gate messaging, guest ticket / scanning assistance, inventory / attendance monitoring, emergency situation and evacuation preparedness, cross-departmental planning and collaboration for hands-on solutions, event forecasting, sales tracking, reporting, cash management, and general comic relief!
