Hello – I’m Deidra! An Austin, TX resident and Ticketing Princess that brings a combination of over 20 years of industry experience married with a passion for live events, music, and of course, ticketing! My diverse background on both the venue box office and promoter sides of full-time employment with Live Nation and C3 Presents for years, has recently afforded me the opportunity to become an independent contractor for ticketing, box office, credentials, and general event planning for a multitude of events for the past 4 years.

Event/project experience include national stadium and arena concert tours, Lollapalooza in North and South America, the NFL Draft, food & wine events, camping music festivals, drive-in concerts, family attractions, private/corporate concert events, traveling exhibits, and more. My general ticketing touch ranges from standard remote and onsite box office planning operations and management, internal and public facing credentials, vehicle credentialing for parking and camping events, campground patron ticketing, shuttle ticket operations and guest coordination, GA / reserved seating / VIP / platinum / corporate hospitality ticketing, customer service, and artist ticketing. More specific responsibilities frequently include ticket scaling and dynamic pricing, layaway payment planning, technical system onsale builds and launches, departmental budget creation and oversight, event staff + volunteer recruitment / scheduling / training / payroll, guest literature copy writing and implementation, onsite structural planning, access control scanning (hard ticket/mobile/paperless/RFID), ingress / egress traffic flow patterns, directional signage and gate messaging, guest ticket / scanning assistance, inventory / attendance monitoring, emergency situation and evacuation preparedness, cross-departmental planning and collaboration for hands-on solutions, event forecasting, sales tracking, reporting, cash management, and general comic relief!

Mena Guy is a digital content producer from New York with a passion for film and music. She graduated from Hunter College with a Bachelor’s degree in film, and has since worked with companies like Viacom, Townsquare Media, and Masked Faces. Mena loves working with artists and has worked with musicians including Tom Morello, Meek Mill, and many more. She is also a concert photographer, and has toured with the metalcore band Across the White Water Tower. She believes everyone has a story to tell Her goal as a content creator is to help bring those stories to life.

Michael T. Clarkston brings over 20 years of experience and acknowledge having worked as a Stage Manager on over 15 Broadway Musicals, traveled the country managing 6 National Tours, worked as a General Manager, Producer, Production Manager and Event Manager on a number of high profile events both Nationally and Internationally. Michael is the owner of his own production company On Que Entertainment as well as co-founder of Broadway Bazaar an online marketplace for All Things Broadway, By Broadway specializing in handmade crafts, unique show memorabilia and rare playbills with a % of every sale going to a Broadway charity. Both companies have quickly grown to become an “A-List” company enlisting talent from Broadway, Television, Film and even the Music Industry.

I am a detail-oriented AEA Stage Manager with a history of creating innovative solutions for complex artistic, technical and production problems as they arise.
With over 35 years experience onstage and backstage from musical theatre actor, lighting designer to AEA Production Stage Manager/Show Caller I have become an expert managing, rehearsing and calling very diverse types of large shows and events while creating happy teams.

Dedicated to music and arts management as well as a stellar event coordinator and planner, Roggie has an industry wide reputation for professionalism and grace. Respected as an ethical business leader, Roggie consistently produces results with an eye for detail and a gift of troubleshooting.

As a former conference services manager, I utilize the knowledge of vendor operations, along with vast travel knowledge and ongoing experiences with a diverse client base to determine what works best for each aspect of an event. This enables me to quickly and efficiently transition into any project. Paying close attention to big picture components, such as budget, venue selection, contract negotiation, travel logistics, and compliance is as important to the overall attendee experience as the on-site execution details including proper setup, smooth registration, timing of each element, and dissemination of accurate information. From concept creation to program reconciliation, I’m happy to step in wherever needed to devote the skill and attention necessary to ensure a successful event.

My experience in the music industry started through internships and has now developed into coordinating VIP experiences and logistics for artists on tour. In my current position, I have gained a lot of experience in working VIP programs and executing events for artists. I am comfortable working in a fast paced environment and know how to work professionally with artists. I have worked as a VIP rep at Jay Rock, JID, Tower of Power, Sabrina Claudio, Charlotte Lawrence, Madison Beer, etc. I have coordinated the VIP programs on artists tours for over 25 artists and growing! I am passionate about creating organization and a smooth flow at events.

Nick Barbian, a Wisconsin native, began his career in the Production Department at Milwaukee’s Summerfest. After touring with acts including The Jonas Brothers, Neil Diamond and Michael Bolton, he moved to London, England where he completed his Master’s degree and secured the position of talent manager at Monumental Music Group, eventually working his way to becoming a partner in the company.

In 2011, Nick returned to the States and made the move to Austin, TX, where he first worked on the Production team at Austin City Limits Live and then as a Promoter Rep for C3 Presents. In 2013, Nick founded The Angry Armadillo Music Company which quickly built an extensive portfolio as an independent concert promoter, as well as developing and consulting with numerous venues, festivals and special events in Texas and the Midwest. Angry Armadillo has produced projects on behalf of clients including GSD&M, Paradigm Talent Agency, Westin-Marriott Hotels, Dolce & Gabbana, Giant Noise and more.

A graduate of St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI and the University of Westminster in London, UK, Nick has 15 years of hands-on experience at all levels of event production, most notably as talent buyer, production manager and festival producer. Nick’s passion for the business of music, combined with his professional background, has resulted in a multi-dimensional skillset that includes business planning, high-level budget management, brand development, market analysis and coordinating large event teams.

Alysee Shelton has experience in event production, event coordination, artist relations and project management.

Over the last few years, she has coordinated event and talent logistics for various companies and events such as Tribeca Film Festival, Essence Festival, Google, The Tony Awards, The Recording Academy, Hot 97, WBLS, Women In The World/Tina Brown Live Media, Pinknic, Mas Event + Design and more.
